Our mission for The North York Contemporary was to navigate the complexities of a premium city lot while delivering a home that felt both expansive and private. We set out to prove that "modern" doesn't have to mean "cold." By integrating high-performance glass walls with natural stone textures and smart-home automation, we created a sanctuary that is as energy-efficient as it is visually stunning. From the initial zoning approvals to the final custom millwork, our focus remained on uncompromising quality and architectural integrity.
